Psychological Support with People at the Center
I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology from National Louis University in Poland, and I place great importance on continuous professional development and staying up to date with the latest knowledge in the field. That is why I regularly participate in courses, psychological conferences, and further education programs in Denmark, Poland, and Spain, allowing me to work from a foundation of modern psychological knowledge and research.
With knowledge of several languages, I am able to offer sessions in Danish, Polish, Spanish, and English. This allows me to support people from different cultural backgrounds and ensures that language does not become a barrier in therapy.
I offer therapy tailored to each individual client’s needs, wishes, and goals. I work with various psychological approaches, but I am especially drawn to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which is a well-documented and effective method for treating stress, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges.
I combine professional expertise with presence and empathy, striving to create a professional and trusting collaboration where we work together toward positive changes in your life.
